01 Acceptance of These Terms

These Terms & Conditions form an agreement between you and Sellixy. They apply to your use of our website, digital crochet patterns, email communications, customer account, and any other services we make available.

You confirm that the information you provide during checkout is accurate and that you are legally able to enter into this agreement.

02 Digital Products Only

Sellixy sells digital crochet pattern files, generally supplied in PDF format. No physical product, finished crochet item, yarn, hook, kit, or parcel is included unless a product listing clearly states otherwise.

03 Orders, Pricing & Payments

Prices are displayed in United States Dollars (USD) unless stated otherwise. Product prices, discounts, bundles, and offers may change at any time before an order is completed.

We reserve the right to correct obvious pricing, listing, technical, or typographical errors. If an error affects your completed order, we may contact you to explain the issue and provide available options.

Payment is processed through the payment method available at checkout. You are responsible for providing valid and authorised payment information.

04 Downloads & Access

Once payment is successfully completed, you may receive access to your purchased digital pattern through the confirmation page, order email, or your Sellixy customer account.

You are responsible for saving your downloaded files securely. Download access may be subject to the limits, expiry settings, or account requirements stated during checkout.

If you experience a genuine technical issue accessing a purchase, email support@sellixy.online with your order number and checkout email address.

05 Personal-Use Licence

When you purchase a Sellixy pattern, you receive a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to use that digital file for your own personal crochet projects.

Purchasing a pattern does not transfer ownership, copyright, design rights, or any other intellectual-property rights to you.

• You may download and save the file for your own personal use.
• You may print a copy for your own crafting reference.
• You may create the project for yourself or as a personal gift.
• You must follow any additional usage terms shown on the specific product listing.

06 Prohibited Use of Patterns & Content

Unless Sellixy gives written permission, you may not:

• Copy, share, email, upload, post, publish, or redistribute a pattern file.
• Resell, sublicense, exchange, rent, gift, or transfer the digital file to another person.
• Remove copyright notices, branding, or ownership information from any file.
• Claim a Sellixy pattern, instructions, photographs, text, or design as your own work.
• Use our digital files in a course, membership, kit, bundle, marketplace, or commercial download.
• Use automated tools, scraping, bots, or similar methods to copy website content.

07 Refunds & Returns

Because Sellixy products are digital and access is provided after purchase, returns and refunds are generally not available once download access has been granted.

Limited exceptions may apply for duplicate charges, duplicate purchases, verified file-access issues, damaged files that cannot be replaced, or where a refund is required by applicable law.

08 Customer Accounts

If you create a Sellixy account, you are responsible for keeping your login credentials confidential and for all activity that occurs through your account.

Notify us promptly if you believe someone has accessed your account without permission. We may suspend or close accounts that are used fraudulently, unlawfully, abusively, or in violation of these Terms.

09 Intellectual Property

The Sellixy name, logo, website layout, product descriptions, pattern files, photography, text, graphics, illustrations, and other website content are owned by or licensed to Sellixy and are protected by applicable intellectual-property laws.

Nothing in these Terms gives you permission to use Sellixy branding, copyright-protected materials, or pattern content beyond the limited personal-use licence expressly provided with your purchase.

10 Website Availability & Product Information

We aim to keep the website, product pages, downloads, and checkout working smoothly. However, we cannot guarantee that the website will always be uninterrupted, error-free, secure, or available at every moment.

We may update, remove, suspend, revise, or discontinue website content, products, offers, download access, or features where reasonably necessary.

11 Disclaimer & Limitation of Liability

Crochet patterns are creative guides. Your final result may vary based on yarn, hook size, tension, materials, skill level, personal modifications, and how you follow the instructions.

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Sellixy is not responsible for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive losses arising from use of the website, a pattern, or a purchased digital file.

Nothing in these Terms limits rights or obligations that cannot legally be excluded under applicable consumer protection laws.

12 Governing Law & Jurisdiction

These Terms are governed by the laws of Sellixy, without regard to conflict-of-law principles.

Where permitted by law, disputes relating to these Terms or your use of Sellixy will be handled by the courts located in United Kingdom.

This section does not remove any mandatory consumer rights you may have under the laws that apply in your country of residence.

13 Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms & Conditions from time to time due to changes in our products, website features, business operations, legal requirements, or customer-support processes.

The latest version will always be available on this page. Continued use of Sellixy after an updated version is posted means you accept the updated Terms to the extent permitted by law.
