Choosing Your Pattern

Helpful details to review before purchasing your next digital crochet project.

Are Sellixy products finished crochet items?

No. Sellixy sells digital PDF crochet patterns only. You are purchasing instructions to make the project yourself; no physical item, yarn, hook, kit, or finished piece is shipped.

How can I tell whether a pattern is suitable for me?

Review the product listing before ordering. Each listing should show the skill level, recommended supplies, crochet terminology, approximate finished size, and other project details.

What crochet terminology do the patterns use?

The terminology used is stated on each product page. Please check the listing carefully before buying so you can select a pattern that matches the way you prefer to crochet.

Are materials included with a digital pattern?

No. Materials are not included. The pattern may list suggested yarn, hook size, stuffing, safety eyes, stitch markers, or other supplies needed to complete the project.

Downloads & Orders

Everything you need to know after completing a digital pattern purchase.

When will I receive my crochet pattern?

Once payment is successfully completed, your digital pattern should be available through the order confirmation page, your order email, or your Sellixy account, depending on the checkout setup.

I cannot find my download email. What should I do?

First, check your spam, promotions, and junk folders. You can also log in to your Sellixy account if you created one during checkout. If you still cannot access the order, email support@sellixy.online with your order number and the email used at checkout.

Can I access my purchase again later?

Access may be available through your customer account or order email, subject to the download limits and expiry settings displayed at checkout. We recommend saving your purchased pattern safely after download.

What should I include when asking for order support?

Please send your order number, the email address used to purchase, the pattern name, and a short explanation or screenshot of the issue. This helps us identify your order quickly.

Pattern Permissions

Your purchase gives you personal access to a pattern, not permission to distribute the file.

May I share a purchased PDF with a friend or family member?

No. Sellixy pattern files are licensed for individual personal use. Please do not share, copy, email, upload, post, or redistribute any purchased digital file.

Can I print a pattern for myself?

Yes. You may print a copy for your own personal crafting reference, provided that you do not reproduce it for others, sell it, distribute it, or remove copyright information.

Can I sell the finished item I make from a pattern?

Please check the individual product listing for its specific usage terms. Any permission for finished-item sales must be clearly stated on that product page.

Payments & Refunds

Clear purchase terms help make sure you know exactly what you are buying before checkout.

Why are refunds not normally available for digital patterns?

A digital pattern can be opened, downloaded, copied, and saved immediately after purchase. For this reason, Sellixy generally does not accept refunds or returns after download access has been provided.

What happens if I accidentally buy the same pattern twice?

Contact us as soon as possible with both order numbers. Duplicate purchases may be reviewed as a limited exception under our Refund & Returns Policy.

What if there is a technical problem with the file?

Contact support with a screenshot and your order details. We will first try to resolve the issue by restoring access or providing a working replacement file.
