Refund & Returns Policy

01 Digital Products Only

Sellixy sells downloadable crochet pattern files in PDF format. We do not sell or ship finished physical crochet products.

02 No Returns

Returns are not accepted because Sellixy products are delivered digitally. There is no physical item to send back, exchange, or return.

03 No Refunds After Download Access

Once your order is completed and access to the digital pattern has been provided, refunds are not available. Digital products can be downloaded, copied, saved, and accessed immediately after purchase.

Please read the product description, skill level, materials list, terminology information, size details, and product images carefully before completing your order.

04 Limited Exceptions

Although refunds are generally not available for digital products, we may review a request in the following limited situations:

• You were charged more than once for the same order.
• You accidentally purchased the identical pattern twice.
• A technical issue on our side prevents access to the purchased file.
• The file is damaged, incomplete, or cannot be opened, and we cannot provide a working replacement.
• A refund is required under applicable consumer protection law.

Before any refund request is considered, we may first offer download assistance, a replacement file, or restored access to the order.

05 Download Support

If you cannot access or download your purchased pattern, please contact us. We will review the issue and help where possible.

Please include the following information in your email:

• Your order number.
• The email address used during checkout.
• The name of the pattern purchased.
• A screenshot or short description of the issue.

06 Incorrect Purchases

Refunds are not available for the following reasons:

• You selected the wrong pattern.
• You changed your mind after purchase.
• The pattern does not match your current skill level.
• You expected a finished physical crochet item instead of a digital PDF file.
• You do not have the required yarn, hook size, tools, or materials.
• You did not review the listing details before checkout.
• You have downloaded, saved, shared, or accessed the purchased file.

07 Pattern Usage

All Sellixy crochet patterns are provided for personal use unless a specific product listing states otherwise.

You may not copy, reproduce, share, resell, redistribute, upload, publish, alter for resale, or claim ownership of any Sellixy digital pattern file.
