Search your inbox for Sellixy and check your spam, junk, updates, and promotions folders. Look for an order confirmation or download email.
If you created an account during checkout, log in and look for Downloads or Orders in your account dashboard. Open My Account.
If your order is still pending or payment was not completed, the download may not yet be available. Check your payment confirmation first.
Save a copy immediately after download so it is easy to find for future projects.
Create a folder such as Sellixy Crochet Patterns on your device, cloud storage, or tablet to keep your files organised.
Use a clear name such as Mini Bunny Crochet Pattern - Sellixy.pdf so you can find it later without opening several files.
Sellixy patterns are supplied as PDF files, which can usually be opened on phones, tablets, and computers.
Most devices already include a PDF viewer. If your file does not open, install or update a trusted PDF reader app, then try opening the saved file again.
On many devices, your downloaded PDF will appear in the Downloads folder or inside the Files app. Search the pattern name if you cannot see it.

Refresh the page, try another browser, or open the link from a different device. Also check that you are connected to the internet and that your payment was successful.
Check spam, junk, promotions, and updates folders. Search for “Sellixy” in your mailbox. If you still cannot find it, check your customer account or contact support with the email used at checkout.
Try downloading the file again and opening it with a PDF reader app. If the file remains unavailable or appears incomplete, email support with a screenshot of the issue.
Contact support as soon as possible. Include your name, order number, approximate order time, and the correct email address so we can review your request.
