Why can I only see the login form?
You are not currently logged in. Enter the username or email connected to your account, or use the password-reset link when you cannot remember the password.
Why is the registration form not visible?
Registration appears only when “Allow customers to create an account on the My account page” is enabled in WooCommerce account settings.
Where will my purchased PDF appear?
Eligible files normally appear under Downloads after the associated order reaches the required status. The order email or confirmation page may also provide access.
What if I checked out using another email address?
Use the email connected to the order. Contact Sellixy with the order number and checkout email when you need help matching a purchase to an account.
