Will Sellixy ship the items in my cart?

No. Sellixy cart items are downloadable digital crochet pattern PDFs unless a product listing clearly states otherwise. No physical product, yarn, hook, kit, or printed booklet is shipped.

How do I change the quantity or remove a pattern?

Change the quantity field and use Update Cart, or select the remove icon beside an item. For a personal-use digital file, one copy is normally sufficient.

Where can I enter a Sellixy coupon?

When coupons are enabled, enter an eligible code in the coupon field and apply it before checkout. A coupon must be valid and meet any product, date, or order conditions.

When will I receive my PDF pattern?

After successful payment and the required order status, eligible downloads may be shown on the order-confirmation page, sent by email, or added to your Sellixy account.

Can I get a refund after downloading a pattern?
