Your access method may depend on how checkout was completed, but your order
email and My Account page are the best places to start.

Find Your Purchased Pattern
Try these options in order to locate your digital PDF download.
Check your order confirmation email
Search your inbox for Sellixy and check your spam, junk, updates, and promotions folders. Look for an order confirmation or download email.
Open your Sellixy account
If you created an account during checkout, log in and look for Downloads or Orders in your account dashboard. Open My Account.
Use the download link only after payment is complete
If your order is still pending or payment was not completed, the download may not yet be available. Check your payment confirmation first.

Save Your Pattern Safely
Save a copy immediately after download so it is easy to find for future projects.
Save the PDF to a folder you recognise
Create a folder such as Sellixy Crochet Patterns on your device, cloud storage, or tablet to keep your files organised.
Rename the file if helpful
Use a clear name such as Mini Bunny Crochet Pattern - Sellixy.pdf so you can find it later without opening several files.

Open Your PDF Pattern
Sellixy patterns are supplied as PDF files, which can usually be opened on phones, tablets, and computers.
Use a PDF reader
Most devices already include a PDF viewer. If your file does not open, install or update a trusted PDF reader app, then try opening the saved file again.
Open it from your Downloads folder
On many devices, your downloaded PDF will appear in the Downloads folder or inside the Files app. Search the pattern name if you cannot see it.

Common Download Problems
Try these quick solutions before contacting support.
The download link is not opening. What should I do?
Refresh the page, try another browser, or open the link from a different device. Also check that you are connected to the internet and that your payment was successful.
I cannot find my order email.
Check spam, junk, promotions, and updates folders. Search for “Sellixy” in your mailbox. If you still cannot find it, check your customer account or contact support with the email used at checkout.
The PDF file will not open.
Try downloading the file again and opening it with a PDF reader app. If the file remains unavailable or appears incomplete, email support with a screenshot of the issue.
I used the wrong email address at checkout.
Contact support as soon as possible. Include your name, order number, approximate order time, and the correct email address so we can review your request.
I reached my download limit or my link no longer works.
Contact support with your order number and purchase email. We will review the order and help where access can be restored under the store’s download settings.
